Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Extensions:
At LA Blowouts, we pride ourselves on our expertise with extensions and are passionate about styling them. However, please be aware that LA Blowouts cannot be held liable for extensions that may become loose or sustain damage during washing or styling services.
Understanding the value and delicacy of extensions, we assure you that our team handles them with the utmost care. Despite our best efforts, we must clarify that the responsibility for any extensions that come out or incur damage during a LA Blowouts service cannot be assumed by us.
No-Show Policy:
Failing to attend your appointment without notification will result in a charge of the full service cost. For group no-shows, the full cost of the group booking will be charged. First Class Members will forfeit one blowout from their membership benefits; if no benefits remain, the member price of a blowout will be charged to the card on file.
For appointment modifications or cancellations, please contact us directly or use our online platforms. Arrival tardiness may result in adjusted service availability at the salon's discretion, depending on our current schedule.
Cancellations:
You are welcome to cancel or modify your appointment up to 12 hours in advance. For cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled time, a $35 cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card provided at booking. Group bookings of 3 or more will incur charges for any individual cancellations within this 12-hour window.
To cancel or change your appointment, simply call the salon, or visit our website. Your card information is securely encrypted and stored in your customer profile, solely for use in adherence to our cancellation policy.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND POLICY
First Class Membership Terms at LA Blowouts:
The First Class Membership, offered exclusively by LA Blowouts, is designed for our esteemed clientele who wish to indulge in the full spectrum of LA Blowouts services and products. This agreement outlines the mutual terms and conditions between LA Blowouts and participants of the First Class Membership (referred to as "Members"). We reserve the right to modify these terms, introduce new policies, or discontinue the First Class Membership at our discretion without prior notice. By joining First Class, Members accept these terms and any future amendments. It's the responsibility of each Member to stay informed about the current terms, available at our policies page.
Membership entails a recurring monthly fee, detailed on the First Class Membership page, granting access to exclusive benefits:

Service gratuities are not covered in your monthly membership fee, and product discounts are valid for in-store purchases only. Membership privileges, including discounts and blowouts, are personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred. When claiming membership benefits, please present yourself as a First Class Member by providing your name.
Any misuse of membership benefits, such as attempts to transfer them, may lead to immediate membership cancellation. LA Blowouts may require valid ID to verify membership status before honoring discounts or blowouts.
As a First Class Member, you consent to receiving communication from LA Blowouts through various means including mail, email, phone calls, and texts, regarding your account, updates to the program, special offers, and more.
You can cancel your membership at any time after the 4 month commitment period has ended, without facing any penalties by reaching out through our Contact Us page. Please note that cancellations may take up to 10 days to process, becoming effective no less than 3 business days after we receive your request.
Enjoy the flexibility of rolling over unused blowouts from month to month for as long as your membership is active. Remember, these benefits hold no cash value and must be utilized within 120 days post-cancellation, or they will be forfeited. Members cannot exchange unused services for cash, store credit, or refunds.
Membership fees are billed monthly and will continue until you decide to cancel after your 4 month commitment period has ended. It's your responsibility to ensure LA Blowouts has up-to-date billing information, and any changes should be communicated promptly.
In the event that LA Blowouts decides to discontinue the First Class Membership or terminate an individual's membership, you will not be billed for the upcoming cycle, and standard cancellation terms will apply.
Payment Authorization
Membership services are exclusively for the member's use and are non-transferable. You can cancel your membership at any moment after the 4 month commitment period has ended without penalty by emailing us or sending us a message through our Contact Us page. Make sure to use any remaining services within 120 days of canceling your membership, as they will expire after that period. For any updates to your billing information, please fill out a new form. Membership fees are billed monthly and will continue until you decide to cancel. The monthly charge will be processed automatically, around the same date each month as your initial sign-up.
Membership Agreement
Please note that any blowouts not used must be redeemed within 120 days of cancelling your membership, after which they will be permanently forfeited.

GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift Card Policy:
When you utilize any LA Blowouts Gift Card, including LA Blowouts eGifts and Promotional Gift Cards, or access our gift card webpage at https://www.lablowouts.com/gift-cards, you're agreeing to our Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
Usage Guidelines
LA Blowouts Gift Cards can be redeemed for services at our salon located at 3449 Yonge St, North York, ON, M4N 2N3, Canada. They're available for purchase within Canada and are valid for salon purchases excluding First Class memberships and the purchase of additional gift cards.
To use your gift card, simply present it to our receptionist at the time of payment. The balance will be applied to your service. Our gift cards don't expire or incur fees, and can be loaded with up to $500, although promotional cards may have specific expiration dates.
Restrictions
Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. We're not liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized card usage. Refunds aren't provided for gift card purchases.
Promotional Use
Using LA Blowouts Gift Cards for marketing or promotional purposes requires our written consent, which may involve a formal agreement. For bulk orders (over 100 cards) or promotional use, please contact info@lablowouts.com. Unauthorized use of LA Blowouts' branding in relation to gift cards is prohibited.
eGifts
eGifts are digital gift cards sent via email and are non-reloadable. Present the eGift barcode at our salon for redemption. Protect your eGift barcode; we're not responsible for lost or stolen eGifts.
Balance Inquiries
For balance inquiries or other questions, reach out to us directly. Errors in your gift card account due to clerical or billing mistakes will be corrected by us.
